Welcome to 10xSignal. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the 10xSignal mobile application and website at 10xsignal.net (collectively, the "Service"), operated by 10xSignal ("Company", "we", "us", or "our").
By downloading, installing, or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.
To access certain features, you must create an account by providing accurate and complete information, including a valid email address and password. You may also register using third-party services such as Facebook, Google, or Apple Sign-In.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
10xSignal provides stock trading signals, including entry prices, stop-loss levels, and take-profit targets, delivered through the mobile application with push notifications. The Service includes both free and premium (subscription-based) content.
4.1. Premium Subscription: Certain features and full signal details are available only to subscribers with an active premium subscription.
4.2. In-App Purchase: Subscriptions are purchased through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store. Payment is charged to your App Store or Google Play account at confirmation of purchase.
4.3. Auto-Renewal: Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.
4.4. Price Changes: We reserve the right to change subscription pricing. Any price changes will take effect at the start of the next subscription period following the date of the price change.
5.1. You may cancel your subscription at any time through your Apple App Store or Google Play Store account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
5.2. We do not provide refunds for any partial subscription periods. Refund requests are subject to Apple's or Google's respective refund policies.
The signals, analysis, and information provided through the Service are for informational and educational purposes only. They do not constitute financial advice, investment advice, trading advice, or any other form of advice. You should not treat any of the Service's content as such.
We do not recommend that any financial instrument should be bought, sold, or held by you. We are not registered as a securities broker, dealer, or investment adviser. Trading stocks and other financial instruments involves risk, and you should always do your own research and consult with a licensed financial professional before making any investment decisions.

All content, features, and functionality of the Service, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, signals data, analysis, and software, are the exclusive property of the Company and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
You may request deletion of your account and associated data at any time through the app settings. Upon deletion, your personal data will be permanently removed in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Active subscriptions must be canceled separately through the App Store or Google Play Store.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Company and its officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or other intangible losses, resulting from:
The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without any warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of any signals or information provided through the Service. Past performance of signals does not guarantee future results.
We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the Service (or any part thereof) at any time without notice. We also reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting the updated Terms within the app or on our website. Your continued use of the Service after any changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
